Director Ian Cheney will introduce the Friday evening show! A team of filmmakers, inspired by former Secretary of Labor Robert Reich (who also stars), decided to invite 30- and 80-year-olds to gather in conversation about the country. The idea was to visit six states in six months, convening a wide variety of Americans to play a simple game: Ask each other questions. And take the time to listen. In a time when algorithms are shaping views and sharpening divides, Reich hopes to inspire curiosity and rekindle human connection and conversation in a time when we, and our country, need it most. Directed by Ian Cheney (Arc of Oblivion), join Robert Reich and 100 Americans as they attempt, through the simple act of conversing with one another, to begin the process of healing some of our country's greatest current fractures.
